Role Description We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst / Specialist Business Analyst with a strong healthcare and Medicare background. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with RPA tools, documenting business processes, and supporting automation initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience creating as-is and to-be process maps, and the ability to work closely with both business and technical teams. The analyst will evaluate existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and create detailed documentation such as Process Design Documents (PDD). This position supports remote work during CST business hours, with preference for candidates located in Dallas or Chicago. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for automation projects. • Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and document current pain points. • Create as-is and to-be process maps and develop automation workflow designs. • Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD) and other technical documentation. • Work closely with RPA developers to ensure successful implementation of automated workflows. • Validate automation outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals. • Support change management activities and help business teams transition to automated processes. • Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams to manage expectations and resolve issues quickly. Qualifications • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with hands-on work in RPA tools and methodologies. • Must come from a Healthcare / Medicare background with RPA project experience. • Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow design. • Experience preparing PDDs and automation-related documentation. • Ability to work full-time during CST business hours. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field (RPA certifications preferred).
