The introduction of our full-service, concierge Medicare agency, Silvur Insurance, in 2024 allows us to extend our services to provide members with much-needed one-on-one guidance led by licensed insurance agents. About the Role Silvur Technology Services is seeking a Product Manager to lead a tech-forward Medicare experience and operations project. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the experiences and tools that support both licensed insurance agents as well as retirees navigating Medicare and their health care options. As a Product Manager at Silvur, you’ll collaborate directly with the Head of Product and Engineering, iterating on product and process to create increasingly robust experience. Discover new areas of product growth in a rapidly growing organization while creating digital experiences that help credit union members navigate their health care options. Responsibilities Define product vision, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps for agent-facing and consumer-facing Medicare products Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Engineering, and Design to identify needs and translate them into clear product requirements Lead discovery, user research, and workflow analysis to optimize agent efficiency and deliver a high-quality enrollment experience Drive iterative product development, ensuring features are delivered on time and with measurable impact Monitor product performance, analyze data, and refine solutions to improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes Ensure products meet Medicare regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards 5+ years of experience discovering and delivering customer-facing digital products, ideally in health insurance or Medicare environments Proven ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps, and work hands-on with engineering Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting complex datasets Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical staff Experience with user research, process optimization, or workflow tools Deep empathy for the mission of helping people navigate health care in retirement An ability to defend design details in the creation of a people-friendly digital experience Familiarity with creating with mobile-first web-based solutions Strong communication skills, with a clear ability to express ideas in writing as well as comfort in presentations to advocate for your solutions. Employees receive a total compensation package including salary, options, health benefits (healthcare, vision, and dental), paid time off + holidays, and 401k with employer contribution.
