EHR Helpdesk Analyst 2nd Shift Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote) Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Experience: 10+ Note: Remote role. In person interview required. Experience supporting Epic EHR in a healthcare environment required. Main Skills: Epic EHR Support, Healthcare IT Helpdesk, ServiceNow, Account Provisioning, Clinical Application Support, HIPAA Compliance, Incident Management, Remote Desktop Support Role Summary: Provide advanced technical support for Epic EHR and related clinical applications across behavioral healthcare facilities. Troubleshoot workflow, access, integration, and printing issues, manage ServiceNow tickets, support go-live events, ensure SLA compliance, and collaborate with clinical and technical teams to maintain system stability and user satisfaction. Job Type: Contract Pay: $24.60 - $29.63 per hour Work Location: Remote
