Role Overview: As a Provider Engagement Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers. Your efforts will ensure seamless collaboration and enhance the delivery of care to our members. This role is essential in driving provider satisfaction and engagement across our network. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to foster collaboration and trust. - You will manage provider engagement initiatives to improve network performance and member satisfaction. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing concerns and facilitating communication. - You will analyze provider data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to support provider needs and enhance service delivery. - You will conduct training and educational sessions to keep providers informed about policies and programs. - You will monitor compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. - You will contribute to the development of provider engagement strategies and best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare provider relations, account management, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, provider networks, and managed care operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships. - Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within a health plan or managed care organization. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare. - Background in training or educational program development. - Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations.
