Role Overview: As a Provider Engagement Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care delivery. You will act as a liaison between providers and our organization, driving engagement, resolving issues, and supporting provider network growth. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with healthcare providers to enhance engagement and satisfaction. - You will identify and address provider concerns promptly to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. - You will collaborate with internal teams to support provider network expansion and optimize care coordination. - You will analyze provider performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives. - You will conduct regular provider outreach and education to promote program awareness and compliance. - You will manage contract negotiations and renewals to support network stability and growth. - You will monitor regulatory changes and ensure provider adherence to compliance standards. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership to inform decision-making. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations, account management, or healthcare administration. - Strong knowledge of healthcare provider networks, managed care, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to drive informed decisions. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within Medicaid or Medicare managed care organizations. - Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and electronic health records (EHR). - Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and provider engagement strategies. - Certification in healthcare management or related fields.
