Role Overview: As a Provider Engagement Account Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships between SilverSummit Healthplan and our network of healthcare providers. Your efforts will ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and engagement to enhance provider satisfaction and improve member outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with healthcare providers to support network growth and retention. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing concerns and facilitating solutions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to align provider needs with organizational goals and initiatives. - You will analyze provider performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and engagement. - You will coordinate provider education and training sessions to enhance service delivery. - You will monitor compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. - You will contribute to strategic planning efforts to optimize provider network effectiveness. - You will report on provider engagement metrics and outcomes to senior leadership. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare provider relations, account management, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, provider networks, and managed care operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to drive decision-making. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within Medicaid or Medicare managed care organizations. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards. - Background in healthcare training or education. - Demonstrated success in project management or strategic initiatives.
