Role Overview: As a Provider Engagement Account Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships between SilverSummit Healthplan and our network of healthcare providers. Your efforts will ensure seamless communication, enhance provider satisfaction, and support the delivery of high-quality care to our members. What You'll Do: - You will build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers to promote engagement and collaboration. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing concerns and facilitating solutions. - You will coordinate provider education and training initiatives to improve service delivery. - You will analyze provider performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. - You will collaborate with internal teams to align provider strategies with organizational goals. - You will support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform engagement strategies. - You will contribute to the development of provider engagement programs and initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or account management. - Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, provider networks, and managed care operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics related to provider engagement. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within a health plan or managed care organization. - Familiarity with contract negotiation and regulatory compliance in healthcare. - Background in healthcare education or training program development. - Advanced skills in CRM software and data visualization tools.
