We are looking for a Competitive Intelligence Manager to join our Business Strategy team. In this role, you will spearhead the collection, analysis, and distribution of market intelligence, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making. This role is pivotal in shaping our understanding of the competitive landscape and ensuring that our strategies are informed, innovative, and forward-looking. Responsibilities Market and Competitive Analysis: Collect and analyze data on competitors, market trends, and industry dynamics to inform strategic planning. Strategic Insights Development: Transform raw data into actionable intelligence, delivering insights that support product development, sales strategies, and executive decision-making. Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to integrate competitive insights into roadmaps and campaigns. Win/Loss Analysis: work with the field teams to track win/loss reasons, and get actionable insights to improve deal strategies. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, customer preferences, and regulatory developments that impact the competitive landscape. Act as the central point of contact for all competitive intelligence efforts, ensuring alignment and transparency across departments. Process Optimization: Design and refine processes for data gathering, validation, and dissemination to streamline competitive intelligence workflows. Requirements 3-5 years in roles such as Market Intelligence, Business Strategy, Competitive Analysis, Product Marketing, Consulting, VC or Investment Banking. Experience in Cybersecurity - a must; Identity Security knowledge is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights to diverse audiences. Ability to synthesize market and competitive data into high-level strategic recommendations. Proven ability to work effectively across departments, fostering relationships and driving outcomes without direct authority. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguous environments. Proficiency in Cyber Security technology and trends is a plus. Candidates on the East Coast strongly preferred
