This is a remote position that requires candidates to be based in the Pacific Time Zone, with occasional travel to hiring events and to our campus in Ely, Nevada. About the Position We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented Recruiting & HR Coordinator to support our growing People Team. This role plays a key part in the daily recruiting and people operations for both of our business entities, True Harmony Company and Silver Lion Farms, ensuring smooth processes from candidate sourcing and onboarding to compliance and employee support. Growth & Development Opportunities Core Duties & Responsibilities: Recruiting Support Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews. Post jobs across internal and external platforms. Support offer letter creation and onboarding paperwork. Help source candidates and manage recruiting pipelines. Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Run and track background checks, references, and track agent card verifications. Coordinate with IT for new hire setups, equipment, and access. Assist with onboarding sessions, orientations, and employee engagement activities. People Operations Complete and audit I-9 forms for compliance. Maintain employee files, HRIS data, and compliance documentation. Process employment verifications and assist with terminations. Track HR metrics, headcount logs, and reporting. Support HR initiatives such as recognition programs and special projects. Assist with billing and vendor invoice tracking. General Administration Help manage company shuttle rosters and driver insurance compliance. Coordinate move-in/move-out requirements for employee housing. Run MVR checks and maintain driver eligibility logs. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED required; degree or certification in HR or business administration preferred. 1+ year of recruiting and HR experience. Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms. Experience sourcing candidates preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook scheduling, and data entry accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. A proactive, adaptable attitude in a fast-moving environment. Nice to Have Experience in cannabis, agriculture, or manufacturing industries. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Must be able to bend, reach, and occasionally travel to on-site locations for team events or onboarding. Visual and auditory capacity to interact with employees and candidates via video calls and in-person meetings. Ability to remain focused and perform tasks in an environment with frequent interruptions or shifting priorities.
