Your role is to provide expert support, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues related to container products. - You will collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve product performance concerns. - You will provide detailed technical guidance and product information to customers. - You will document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately. - You will assist in the development of technical resources and training materials. - You will monitor customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. - You will support sales teams with technical expertise during customer engagements. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and product innovations. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in a technical customer service or support role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a technical background or education in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. - You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
