Role Overview: As a Customer Technical Services Representative, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Silgan Containers and its customers. Your role is to provide expert support, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues related to container products. - You will collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve product performance concerns. - You will provide detailed technical guidance and product information to customers. - You will document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the CRM system. - You will assist in the development of technical training materials and customer support documentation. - You will monitor product quality feedback and communicate trends to the quality assurance team. - You will support sales teams by providing technical expertise during customer meetings. - You will stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to better serve customers. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or support role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging. - Strong understanding of metal container products and manufacturing processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze technical data and provide clear, actionable solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
