Role Overview: As a Customer Technical Services Representative, you will be the primary technical liaison between Silgan Containers and its customers. Your role is to provide expert support, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues related to container products. - You will collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve product performance concerns. - You will provide technical guidance and training to customers on product usage and specifications. - You will document and track customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system. - You will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend product improvements. - You will support new product launches by assisting customers with technical integration. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and product developments. - You will participate in cross-functional meetings to align customer needs with company capabilities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or support role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging. - Strong understanding of metal container products and related technical specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
