Role Overview: As a Customer Technical Services Representative, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Silgan Containers and its customers, ensuring exceptional service and support. This role is critical in addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing expert guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and product performance. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer technical inquiries and provide accurate, detailed information. - You will troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in collaboration with internal teams. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations. - You will assist in the preparation of technical documentation and product specifications. - You will coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure product compliance and quality standards. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes. - You will provide training and support to customers on product usage and best practices. - You will track and report on customer feedback and technical issues to inform product development. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or support role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging. - Strong technical knowledge of metal container products or related packaging solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze technical data and provide clear, actionable solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
