Role Overview: As a Customer Technical Services Representative, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Silgan Containers and its customers. Your role is to provide expert support, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues related to container products. - You will collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve product performance concerns. - You will provide detailed technical guidance and product information to customers. - You will document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately. - You will assist in the development of technical training materials and resources. - You will monitor product quality feedback and communicate trends to the quality assurance team. - You will support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during customer engagements. - You will stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to better serve customers. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or support role. - Strong knowledge of metal container products and manufacturing processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse customers. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
