Role Overview: As a Customer Technical Services Representative, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Silgan Containers and its customers. Your role is to provide expert support, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues related to container products. - You will collaborate with internal teams including production, quality, and engineering to address customer concerns. - You will analyze customer feedback and product performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - You will provide technical guidance and training to customers on product usage and specifications. - You will document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the CRM system. - You will assist in the development of technical documentation and support materials. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes. - You will support sales teams by providing technical expertise during customer meetings and presentations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or support role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging. - Strong understanding of metal container products and manufacturing processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical data. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
