Role Overview: As a Customer Technical Services Representative, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Silgan Containers and its customers. Your role is to provide expert support, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues related to container products. - You will collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve product performance concerns. - You will provide detailed technical guidance and product information to customers. - You will document and track customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately. - You will assist in the development of technical training materials and resources. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives by providing customer feedback to product development teams. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product advancements. - You will work remotely while maintaining strong communication with the Minneapolis-based team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or support role. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and metal container products. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Technical education or relevant certifications are preferred.
