Role Overview: As a Customer Technical Services Representative, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Silgan Containers and its customers. Your role is to provide expert support, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues related to container products. - You will collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve product performance concerns. - You will provide detailed technical guidance and product information to customers. - You will document and track customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately. - You will assist in the development of technical resources and training materials. - You will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend product improvements. - You will support sales teams with technical expertise during customer engagements. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and product innovations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or support role. - Strong understanding of metal container manufacturing processes and materials. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Technical background or education in engineering or related field preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the food and beverage packaging industry. - Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance standards. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
