Role Overview: As a Customer Technical Services Representative, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Silgan Containers and its customers. Your role is to provide expert support, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance. - You will collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve product-related issues. - You will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical solutions. - You will support product launches by providing technical expertise and training to customers. - You will assist in developing technical documentation and resources for customer use. - You will participate in continuous learning to stay updated on product developments and industry trends. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or support role. - You have strong knowledge of metal packaging products or related manufacturing processes. - You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working remotely and managing virtual customer relationships. - Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance. - Technical background in engineering or manufacturing. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
