What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer technical inquiries and provide accurate, detailed information. - You will troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in collaboration with internal teams. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations. - You will assist in the preparation of technical documentation and product specifications. - You will support new product launches by providing technical expertise and training to customers. - You will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. - You will collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. - You will participate in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and product developments. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical customer service or support role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging. - Strong understanding of metal container products and manufacturing processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical issues. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
