Silberhorn Animal Health is a division of Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS). Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS) is a U.S. based animal health manufacturing company with global distribution partners covering more than 40 countries. Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS) is located in the small community of Elmwood, WI. CMS was founded in 2015 with a vision to manufacture safe and effective animal health products. Starting with a few initial sales and 3 employees, CMS now employs a staff of more than 35 individuals and our business partners include several international animal health industry leaders. We are looking to grow our sales staff under Silberhorn Animal Health out on the east part of the states. This will be a remote position. Territory: New York & Pennsylvania Salaried Exempt + Commission We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop, manage, and grow relationships with large dairy producers across New York and Pennsylvania. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on delivering dairy products and solutions that improve herd health, milk quality, and operational efficiency. You’ll serve as the primary relationship owner for key accounts while partnering with Technical Services and internal teams to drive profitable growth and exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do • Develop and grow long-term relationships with dairy producers and decision-makers • Identify new opportunities and expand existing key accounts • Promote, quote, and sell dairy products and solutions • Conduct regular on-farm visits to assess needs and provide consultative recommendations • Manage your territory, travel schedule, and sales pipeline independently • Represent the company at dairy trade shows and industry events What We’re Looking For • 2–3+ years of agricultural sales experience, specifically selling directly to dairy producers • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills • Knowledge of dairy production and farm operations • Ability to manage a large territory with 60–75% travel • Valid driver’s license Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Animal Science, Dairy Science, Business, or related field preferred.
