Role And Responsibilities • Lead the discovery phase of the Sitecore project, conducting thorough requirement gathering sessions, asking probing questions, and structuring the project for successful implementation. • Design and architect Sitecore XM Cloud solutions, ensuring scalable, high-performance platforms that align with client business goals and technical needs. • Oversee migrations, customizations, and integrations within Sitecore environments, leveraging best practices for content management and user experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define technical roadmaps and resolve issues. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering agile methodologies and continuous improvement. • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain quality and compliance standards. • Stay updated on Sitecore updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies Job Requirements • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, including migrations and custom implementations. • 10+ years of total experience with Sitecore CMS, demonstrating expertise in architecture, development, and optimization. • Proven proficiency in requirement gathering, with the ability to ask insightful questions and structure projects during discovery phases. • Strong understanding of web technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS), and integration tools relevant to Sitecore. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience working in agile environments. • Based in or willing to work with a North Midwestern firm; U.S. work authorization required.
