Position Summary Please replace this section with the Job Summary Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities • Develops and implements internal operational strategies, goals, and objectives • Identifies and proposes opportunities for internal operational improvements • Determines inefficiencies in existing operational processes and designs and implements solutions to enhance productivity and streamline internal operations • Analyzes key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal business operations • Organizes project activities, sets timelines, allocates resources, and ensures timely completion • Coordinates cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, implementing new initiatives, or addressing specific business challenges • Ensures compliance and safety with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity • Advises with departmental managers or teams within the organization, facilitating effective communication, and promoting strategic alignment and collaboration • Assists with the professional development of staff members by creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing guidance on operational processes and best practices • Assesses team's performance and provides regular, timely feedback Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
