Significance Inc. is seeking an Program Manager to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be hybrid position located in Alexandria, VA and requires an active Secret clearance. The Program Manager The Program Manager will provide overall project leadership and oversight in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) programs. This role is responsible for managing project activities within the scope of the contract and providing overall technical, schedule, and cost direction. \n Required Skills: Responsibilities & Qualifications: Provide overall project management, leadership, and administrative oversight. Lead and direct project activities and execute assignments independently within the scope of the contract. Provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction to support successful project execution. Coordinate project activities and priorities to ensure contract requirements are met. Ten (10) years of project management experience, including five (5) years supporting Federal Government programs. Demonstrated experience managing challenging projects and providing overall project oversight. Desired Skills: - PMP desired - Navy, NSWC Dahlgren experience desired - Navy ERP experience desired \n At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
