As a Performance Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving Jewelry Services sales performance (including jewelry repair, custom design and more) by identifying growth opportunity areas through analysis, building relationships with store and operations partners and delivering impactful, live training experiences along with best practices and insights to optimize sales performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with Jewelry Services and Field Leadership to identify growth opportunities and enhance sales performance by designing and delivering training programs aligned with operational and financial goals, including leading engaging virtual sessions for Jewelry Consultants This role requires a confident presenter who can adapt to diverse learning styles and create an interactive environment that drives immediate application and results Develop strong partnerships with Field Leaders and provide coaching on driving Jewelry Services sales in their markets Analyze performance dashboards and translate insights into actionable recommendations, sharing feedback directly with Jewelry Services Leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance Develop short videos and written communications that can keep jewelry repair and custom jewelry top of mind, while building selling confidence across the entire fleet of store associates. Gather and synthesize feedback from the Store community to identify critical technology, tools and training needs, providing prioritized recommendations to Jewelry Services Leadership to enhance store engagement and customer satisfaction POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience Proven ability to lead engaging, interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) for diverse audiences Experience providing one-on-one and group coaching to improve performance and build confidence Exceptional verbal and written communication for presenting, creating training materials, and simplifying complex concepts Ability to interpret dashboards and metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations Skilled in creating micro-learning content such as videos, guides, and job aids to reinforce training Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong partnerships with Field Leaders and store teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment BENEFITS AND PERKS: Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family covered Generous 401(k) matching after just one year to help secure your financial future Ample paid time off, plus seven holidays to recharge and unwind Exclusive discounts on premium merchandise just for you Dynamic Learning & Development programs to support your growth And more! The salary range for this opportunity is $85,000- $100,000.
