Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Vice President of Strategic Projects. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing leadership on project execution, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. The VP will be tasked with identifying growth opportunities, leading process optimizations, monitoring project progress, and delivering results that drive organizational success. Qualifications • Demonstrated leadership in project management, strategic planning, and process improvement • Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and decision-making capabilities • Expertise in team collaboration, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple high-priority tasks • Significant experience in a leadership or executive role, preferably in the retail or corporate sector • Proficiency in tools and software used for managing strategic projects effectively • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is highly desirable
