We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Executive to help grow our client base, manage accounts, and deliver outstanding service to our customers. Position Overview The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, and a proven ability to close deals. Key Responsibilities • Business Development • Identify and prospect potential customers through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social media. • Qualify leads and develop targeted sales strategies. • Schedule and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. • Account Management • Manage relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and concerns. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service. • Sales Process & Reporting • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records. • Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and KPIs. • Market Awareness • Keep up with industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs. • Provide feedback to leadership on product improvements and customer insights. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the signage industry (electrical) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Skills & Competencies Proven record of selling $ 1M+ per year. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple prospects and accounts at once. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Commission Structure Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications. Commission: Percentage-based commission on gross sales closed, paid monthly.
