Signature Retail Services is seeking a traveling Fixture Installer- Team Lead in Denver. CO! This position offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $23.00- $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. What We Offer: • Highly competitive pay • Company paid hotel and per diem • Mileage reimbursement • Paid drivetime • Bi-weekly Pay • Benefits and 401(k) Plan • Employee Profit Sharing • Career Advancement Position Responsibilities • Manage remodel projects at various retail locations, ensuring that all project plans are executed according to the company's guidelines. • Supervise and lead a team of 5-15 crew members, providing direction, support, and on-the-job training to ensure efficient project completion. • Ensure accurate and efficient implementation of planograms, resets, and fixture installations in alignment with the store's layout and standards. • Oversee project tasks including the installation of fixtures/ steel racking, displays and ensuring all units are properly assembled while adhering to floorplan blueprints. • Work closely with store management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and address any challenges. • Travel to project locations within your state, surrounding states, and/or region based on project needs and project deadlines. • Conduct final inspections of projects to ensure compliance with company and store standards. • Provide daily updates to management on progress, challenges, and team performance during reset projects. • This job description does not imply the functions listed are the only tasks that may be performed. Qualifications: • Must be at least 21 years or older and authorized to work in the US. • Flexibility to travel within Arizona and neighboring states to project locations to complete store remodels and fixture installation. • A personal vehicle and a smartphone with internet access, voice, and text for in-store reporting functions. • Valid Driver's License and proof of personal auto insurance coverage. • 2+ Years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in a Fixture Installation or remodel position. • Previous experience on similar projects in Home Depot, Lowes, ACE Hardware, or other big box retailers is a Plus! • Experience setting products to planogram, reading blueprints, signage installation, building displays, placing price labels, and conducting daily progress reports. • Possess a personable and friendly demeanor with clients, customers, and team members at all times. • This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders. • This position involves regular lifting requirements of 60+ lbs without assistance throughout the shift.
