Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator Are you a person with a passion for dental care and making a difference? If so, Desert Vista Dental is looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to help guide our patients through their treatment journey with empathy and expertise. To prosper as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you should possess the following: • At least 2+ year of dental experience • Solid computer skills and comfort with technology • Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) preferred • Personable and professional communication skills • Stellar time management and organizational skills • Experience with Microsoft Office • Ortho experience a plus More about your role as a Dental Treatment Coordinator: • Plan dental treatment and discuss a financial plan with patients • Schedule and confirm appointments; dental receptionist duties • Update patient personal insurance information • Enter payments and personal insurance onto patient accounts • Prepare daily deposits • Run A/R reports and insurance If you're ready to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its patients and employees, we'd love to hear from you!
