About the role National Branding is growing — and we need a Senior Project Manager who has been here before. You know what a complex multi-location program looks like at full speed. You know how to keep enterprise clients confident and how to lead a team through the hard parts without losing momentum. We execute large-scale signage and branding programs for Fortune 100 clients across hundreds of locations. This is a senior role with real weight — you will carry the biggest programs, lead junior staff, and help shape how we operate as we scale. What you will do • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale, multi-location signage and branding programs • Own enterprise client relationships — you are the senior voice they trust • Drive accountability across vendors, installers, and internal teams • Identify and resolve complex project risks before they surface to the client • Mentor and develop Project Managers and Junior Project Managers on the team • Contribute to process improvements and operational standards as the company scales What we are looking for • 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in signage, construction, or multi-location retail • Proven track record managing enterprise or Fortune 500 client programs • Strong leadership presence — you raise the level of the people around you • Exceptional communicator who can handle high-stakes client conversations with confidence • Sharp problem solver who moves fast and stays composed under pressure • Proficient in project management platforms and Microsoft Office Benefits • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Why National Branding • We are in a serious growth phase — new clients, bigger programs, a team built to match • You will have real ownership over marquee programs for some of the biggest brands in the country • Your experience will matter here — and so will your voice on how we grow • No two days look the same — and that is a feature, not a bug Work location & commute • In person — Troy, MI 48098 • Ability to commute to Troy, MI 48098 (Required) • Ability to relocate to Troy, MI 48098 before starting work (Preferred) How to apply Send us your resume and a quick note on why this is the right next move for you.
