Sr. Director, Strategic Alliance Location: US Remote At Signant Health, we’re on a mission to transform the way evidence is generated in clinical research. As part of our growth, we’re seeking a Director, Strategic Alliance to drive enterprise-level strategy and expand executive partnerships with the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. This is a highly visible role where you’ll engage directly with C-suite executives, align our solutions to customer digital transformation initiatives, and help our Enterprise Business Development team achieve and exceed ambitious growth targets. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across large global organizations. • Lead enterprise-level strategy across your portfolio to support revenue growth, business expansion, and long-term account success. • Develop and execute strategic account plans, financial modeling, and implementation pathways that drive enterprise-wide outcomes. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align with customer initiatives and support complex global implementations. • Leverage existing relationships while creating new connections to identify opportunities for enterprise-wide solutions. • Represent Signant Health at major industry events, strengthening our executive relationships and brand presence. What We’re Looking For • Proven track record in enterprise software sales or strategic account management, selling complex solutions to C-suite executives. • Extensive experience within the life sciences and clinical research space, with a strong understanding of enterprise-wide implementations. • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, able to influence and engage at the board and C-suite level. • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen, financial analysis skills, and a solutions-driven approach. • Dynamic and adaptable in managing complex, global enterprise accounts and building strong internal/external partnerships. Nice to Have: • Experience with enterprise-level CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.) and account planning tools. • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). • Executive coaching or enterprise team leadership experience.
