SigmaTron International is a global leader in electronic manufacturing services (EMS), specializing in electronic contract manufacturing for a wide range of industries. With seven facilities across the United States, Mexico, China, and Vietnam, we deliver scalable, high-quality manufacturing solutions to our customers. The VP of Supply Chain is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of the company’s global supply chain to maximize efficiency, minimize cost, and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives. This includes end-to-end oversight of procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management on a global scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that supports the company’s short-term and long-term needs. • Oversee and optimize all supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and logistics. • Manage the supply chain, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and implement key performance indicators (KPI’s) to monitor and analyze performance. • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms, ensure quality, and drive innovation. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity. • Lead the continuous improvement of supply chain processes through the implementation of best practices and technological advancements. • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global supply chain team, including implementing employee development and succession planning. • Partner with other departments, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure supply chain activities align with overall business needs. • Analyze supply chain performance data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide regular reports to senior leadership. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related appropriate field is preferred. • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally with a global scope • Proven ability to develop and execute successful supply chain strategies. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive improvements.
