Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience managing paid campaigns targeting USA traffic, especially within casino and crypto verticals. You will be responsible for running, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google, Facebook (with cloaking), TikTok, and native ad networks to maximize ROI while maintaining strict compliance. This role requires expert knowledge of cloaking techniques and performance marketing best practices for the highly regulated US market. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns targeting USA traffic on Google Ads, Facebook Ads (with cloaking), TikTok Ads, and native ad networks. Implement and manage cloaking strategies to ensure campaign compliance and maximize performance in restricted verticals. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, landing pages, and funnels to increase conversion rates. Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to meet ROI and CPA targets. Use tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, Binom, RedTrack) for detailed performance monitoring and optimization. Analyze campaign data to identify profitable scaling opportunities specifically for US audiences. Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop high-converting ad assets. Stay updated on platform policies, competitor strategies, and industry trends relevant to USA traffic. Ensure full compliance with advertising regulations and platform rules. Minimum 2 years’ experience running paid campaigns in casino, crypto, or other competitive verticals. Deep expertise with cloaking techniques and overcoming compliance challenges. Strong proficiency with Google, Facebook, TikTok, and native ad networks. Skilled in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and budget management. Hands-on experience with tracking platforms and analytics tools. Proven ability to scale high-budget campaigns profitably in the US market. Self-motivated with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Competitive salary or performance-based compensation. Fully remote work setup.
