Must be a U.S. Citizen. Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Certification in Radar Systems. Personnel Clearance Level: Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Top Secret security clearance or higher. Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate. Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive): Perform as Deputy PM for the overall CEIS-II contract and Project Manager for the SRF Delivery Order under CEIS-II. Liaises with government representatives for contractual requests, generating cost estimates and execution plans for the efforts. Validate and approve all invoicing associated with the SRF DO and serves as bake up approval for all CEIS-II invoicing and other contractual documentation. Serve as primary interface and program lead for all efforts on Army T&E and Training Ranges on the CEIS-II and related contracts. Provide Subject Matter expertise for T&E and Training Range Instrumentation as well as for spectrum impacts to these instrumentation systems. Pay Rate: $86.53 per hour.
