What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain desktop and web applications to support defense operations. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior engineers and business analysts to gather requirements and implement new features. - You will troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. - You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. - You will support end users by addressing technical issues and providing timely solutions. - You will document software designs, processes, and user guides. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance software capabilities. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - You have 3+ years of professional experience in software development. - You are proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript. - You have experience with both desktop and web application development. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the defense or security industry. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
