The Foundation anticipates evolving this position into a part-time employee role with full benefits as the organization grows and as the development function demonstrates traction and long-term fit. Compensation will be structured as an hourly rate or monthly retainer initially, based on experience and scope, with the potential to transition to a benefited position over time.
