The role of a Senior Manager of Earned Value Management Compliance involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and leading teams in auditing and enforcing compliance standards. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Responsibilities: This role requires a strong understanding of compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and the ability to interpret compliance policies. It is a critical position that combines project management, business analysis, and compliance oversight to ensure the organization's compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities Include: Designing and driving the implementation of organizational compliance policies that align with regulatory standards. Conducting internal audits and compliance assessments to identify and mitigate risks. Providing reports to management on internal controls and governance compliance. Leading cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and mitigate cost, schedule, and performance risks. Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and standardizing payroll and compliance processes. Spearheading compliance initiatives and team development. Managing or mentoring compliance staff and providing training and mentoring programs. Ensuring alignment with DCMA and other regulatory agencies. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a Business related field of study - relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education Typically, 10+ years of progressive finance experience, which includes 6+ years of management experience. Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, and training Experience in scheduling software (MS Project), Earned Value Management software (Deltek Cobra), and self service analytics (PowerBI) A strong background in Program Controls fundamentals inclusive of program risk management An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required or has the ability to obtain one Experience in scheduling software (MS Project), Earned Value Management software (Deltek Cobra), and self service analytics (PowerBI) A strong background in Program Controls fundamentals inclusive of program risk management Strong understanding of material and contractual requirements and how they impact the EVM process. Ability to develop effective EVM procedures, training, and work instructions relative to regulatory standards and internal processes Apply Earned Value Management concepts in working with federal government contracts, budget process, and fund management Capability to perform in depth earned value data analysis, inclusive of data quality checks and CDRL/SDRL (IPMR, CFSR, CSDR, etc.) review Advanced skills in Earned Value Management software (Deltek Cobra), and familiarity with scheduling software (MS Project) and self service analytics (PowerBI) Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Qualifications We Prefer: Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks leading to on time delivery while meeting quality expectations Ability to support tool evaluations, process integrations, and testing of system changes Ability to develop and recommend cost and schedule management solutions relative to contract requirements Ability to work across multiple software systems and comprehend system relationships Develop and conduct relevant stakeholder learning sessions EVP Certification Experience in Earned Value validation or re-validation Experience in successful completion of Program IBRs, JSRs and Internal Surveillances (to include completion of actions items), inclusive of training or coaching Control Account Managers and program teams Foundational understanding of Program Management processes Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) Support the development and delivery of key employee training to include new employee onboarding, continuous education curriculum, and certification testing This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs. Estimated Starting Salary Range: $165,010.21 - $226,889.04. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
