The Process Improvement Analyst will analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop structured process models. They will also support the implementation of process improvements and track performance metrics for continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 0-2 years of work experience. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required, and experience with A3 Development and Process Problem Solving is preferred.

As a Business Process Analyst, you'll plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives, diagram and evaluate existing processes, as well as organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams. You'll develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying and leveraging business continuous improvement opportunities and related actions in order to mitigate risks, and improve on compliance and efficiencies. You'll Identify gaps in current business processes, assess the efficiencies of operations, and analyze internal controls for weaknesses. Key Responsibilities · Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps. · Develop structured process models using standardize methodologies. · Ensure process definitions include all required components, including triggers, inputs, activities, outputs, events, dependencies, and interfaces. · Support the development and enforcement of process governance rules to ensure consistency and compliance · Align process structures with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards · Maintain the process architecture framework, ensuring integration across enterprise systems. · Work closely with process owners and SMEs to validate structured processes before approval · Assist in the structured handoff to technical wiring to ensure accurate documentation development · Conduct process integrity review to prevent unauthorized modifications and ensure compliance · Ensure engineered processes are properly integrated into enterprise systems. · Support the implementation of process improvement, ensuring scalability and standardization · Assist in change management efforts by ensuring process modifications follow governance rules. · Participate in regular process audits to ensure adherence to governance policies · Track process performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives · Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains within structure processes.
