Wealth Management Client Service Associate/Execute Assistant The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for Sierra Capital, an independent Registered Investment Advisor that has been in business since 1998. Employment will be in Miami at our Brickell Avenue location. Responsibilities: • Perform administrative/clerical duties such as, account opening and maintenance, preparing wire transfers, making sure client data is up-to-date • Handle time sensitive deliverables, spearhead client requests such as transfers or documentation • Maintaining and organizing cloud based e-files • Directly engage with all levels of internal and external clients, including senior executives. • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, including making travel and hotel arrangements. • Handle incoming phone calls, internal and external, as well as incoming and outgoing mail. • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including gathering and preparing agendas and other materials and arranging • Logistics (catering, conference room, bridge line, video conferencing). • Copy, file, organize and distribute various reports and documents. • Order office and marketing supplies. The Candidate Must Have: • 3+ years of client services or administrative assistant experience supporting 2 or more senior professionals in the Financial/Advisory Industry • Fluent in Spanish and English • Technically savvy • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines • Experience with coordinating travel arrangements • Ability to work under pressure • Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity • Strong communication skills; high emotional intelligence • An autonomous worker with strong follow-through skills Experience in the financial industry a must Onsite job (4 days in, Fridays from home) Salary Range: 60-70k + benefits (medical insurance etc)
