Requirements: >> 12+ years of overall SAP experience and 7+ years managing large SAP transformation programs. >> Proven experience in SAP S4HANA implementation and SuccessFactors EC + ECP projects. >> Strong understanding of HR-Payroll processes, integrations, compliance, and payroll controls. >> Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. >> Experience with AgileHybrid delivery methodologies.
