This role is remote and can be based within EMEA or the Americas but travel to a Siemens location may be required to collaborate with team members. Responsibilities This is a role well suited to an ambitious, experienced professional, looking for the next step in their career. As the Supply Planning Process Excellence Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the design, governance, and enablement of our global supply chain planning processes. You will be responsible for: • Collaborative member of the Supply Management Leadership Team for Specialty Lab Solutions. • Support the development of the global Supply planning process, documenting key inputs, • outputs, handoffs, roles, responsibilities, and KPIs. • Develop a modular and scalable process architecture that supports a range of business models • (e.g., make-to-stock, configure-to-order, new product launches). • Establish and lead a formal governance structure with the Supply Leadership Team • to ensure consistent execution of supply planning standards across Specialty Lab Solutions Business Line. • Introduce methodology to review and audit process KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, forecast value- • add, adherence to planning calendars). • Key point of contact with CRM driving data alignment to ensure consistency in reporting. • Key point of contact with Digital Supply Chain and Data Analytics teams to ensure technology • (e.g. Kinaxis) enables process objectives and user experience. • Define process-related requirements for system configuration, automation, and user interfaces. • Support the rollout of new tools and upgrades with robust process documentation and training. • Drive the enablement of live Customer usage data through linking our instruments to our systems • Own the development of Supply Planning process playbook incorporating Quality • documentation and supportive compliance audit program for Specialty Lab solutions. • Build and sustain a community of practice across the global supply planning network for Specialty Lab solutions to share knowledge, solve problems, and elevate standards. • Develop a continuous learning standard including required accredited development pathway • through to expert knowledge succession plan development • Develop and own the training curriculum for supply planning process users, including • onboarding, refresher, and advanced-level training. • Serve as the voice of the supply planning process in audit/compliance discussions • Supports the consolidation and preparation of Supply Review report out. • Participates in Step 3 IBP Meetings. Your Qualifications And Experience • Master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Business • Administration or related fields. • 10+ years of experience in demand and supply planning, supply chain, or process excellence, with at least 5 years in a process design/governance role. • Proven expertise in demand and supply planning frameworks, tools, KPIs, and organizational structures. • Proven ability to design, standardize, and govern enterprise-wide processes. • Strong facilitation and training skills; able to translate complexity into clarity. • Hands-on experience with demand and supply planning technologies • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with global • and cross-functional teams. • Expert in S&OP / IBP process methodologies. • Proven experience in project/program management Your Attributes And Skills • Results orientated with a strong customer focus. • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple regions and teams. • Proven ability to partner with Finance, Marketing, Commercial and SCM. • Knowledge of regulatory and market dynamics in the life sciences industry is essential. • Strategic thinking & influencing skills. • Strong communication, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in English is required. The Base Pay Range For This Position Is Min $126,190 - Max $189,290 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
