Provide expert product support and problem resolution for Siemens CT systems including training and action planning.
Requires 5+ years on Siemens CT systems, vocational training, and willingness for international travel.
Job Description: • Identify problems as they occur and provide action plans for highly complex problems and incidents for the modality of CT • Provide product support either remotely or on-site (Internationally at times - Canada and Latin America) • Dispatch notifications to CSE's with quality action plan • Share expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees • Drive individual KPIs to meet the needs of the customer/business • Proactively provide updates on assigned tasks as planned • Independently identify issues or problems, perform research, and develop corrective action and present to TST 4 and/or management Requirements: • Associates Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required. • More than 5 years’ experience working on Siemens CT systems and ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge in the product line of CT • Proficient skills in typing and Outlook, Excel, Word, and other job critical applications • Good communication skills • SAP knowledge preferred • Valid passport is required • Bilingual preferred to include Portuguese or Spanish.
