Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Compression Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day Join us as the VP Compression Latin America, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Compression portfolio across the region. Imagine leading and motivating a dynamic sales team to achieve order targets while ensuring profitability across our diverse compression offerings. You will make critical decisions on bid strategies and pricing for individual projects, collaborating closely with proposal and commercial sales leads to create a unified approach. Your ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships will be key as you engage with various stakeholders to foster cross-country collaboration and drive business success. How You’ll Make an Impact • Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed order targets for Latin America. • Define bid strategies and target pricing for each project, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Collaborating with proposal and commercial sales leads to creating a cohesive sales strategy from bid to negotiation and closing. • Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent engagement, even when immediate project opportunities are not present. • Gather market intelligence to identify and pursue new project opportunities, conducting thorough market and customer analysis. What You Bring • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical. • 12 or more years of experience in the compression industry within Oil & Gas, with a proven sales track record. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on identifying and developing business opportunities. • A broad understanding of compression processes, including centrifugal compressors and high-speed reciprocating compressors. • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication, networking and relationship-building abilities. • The role requires 50%+ domestic and international travel, primarily in Latin America. • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
