Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Portfolio & Business Strategy Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day Imagine starting your day with a strategic alignment call with senior leadership, followed by a deep-dive workshop on a high-impact transformation initiative. You’ll spend your afternoon synthesizing insights from cross-functional teams, preparing a board-level briefing, and closing the day by aligning with external partners on a future-facing innovation pilot. You will lead and orchestrate some of our most critical and confidential strategic initiatives—ranging from M&A considerations and digital transformation to ESG acceleration and organizational redesign. Your work will directly influence the trajectory of our business, shaping how we deliver value to customers, drive sustainability, and future-proof our operations. You’ll be embedded in a high-performing, diverse, and globally connected team that thrives on trust, curiosity, and bold thinking. How You’ll Make an Impact • Leading end-to-end execution of strategic projects with high visibility and executive sponsorship • Translating complex challenges into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomes • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration across businesses, regions, and external partners • Preparing executive-level presentations and decision documents for the Board and C-suite • Identifying risks and opportunities early, and proactively steering mitigation strategies • Acting as a thought partner to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and driving clarity What You Bring • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or other relevant subject areas (Masters preferred), as well as longstanding professional experience. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level. • A strategic mindset with a strong analytical foundation—ideally from top-tier consulting or corporate strategy roles • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in dynamic environments • Exceptional communication skills • A high degree of integrity, discretion, resilience under pressure, as well as a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in ambiguity • Passion for innovation, transformation, and making a tangible impact • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in ambiguity Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
