Experteer Overview In this Director role, you will translate the US commercial strategy into executable priorities and roadmaps, leading cross-functional programs that improve seller effectiveness and customer engagement. You’ll drive governance, OKRs, and senior leadership forums to ensure disciplined, measurable impact across Sales, Delivery, IT, Finance, and Global/Zone Americas. You’ll shape AI-enabled selling and digital enablement, aligning initiatives with the DI Automation transformation. This position offers enterprise visibility and a chance to influence Siemens’ transformation at scale. Compensation / Benefits • Translate the US commercial strategy into executable priorities and roadmaps • Identify growth opportunities from market signals and performance data and adjust priorities in real time • Establish governance, operating cadence, and OKRs to track progress and surface risks • Facilitate senior leadership forums and strategy reviews to turn decisions into action • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Delivery, IT, Finance, and Global/Zone Americas • Lead sales productivity and pipeline quality initiatives across the Attract–Engage–Deliver lifecycle • Drive design and adoption of an AI-enabled sales enablement ecosystem and data-informed processes • Own CRM and digital sales platform adoption to reinforce engagement models and productivity gains • Collaborate with Zones and P&O to ensure globally aligned processes and tools • Shape enterprise initiatives from design to execution for measurable commercial impact Tasks • 10+ years of experience in strategic execution, commercial operations, sales transformation, or business leadership in B2B or industrial environments • Proven track record leading enterprise initiatives with measurable commercial impact • Experience with AI-enabled tools, digital transformation, or advanced analytics in commercial settings • Strong ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements • health and wellness benefits • competitive pay with target incentive (25%) • remote work • permanent, full-time position
