The Global Engagement Professional is for a vital position within our Future Workforce team, a cornerstone of Siemens' commitment to driving digital transformation globally. The individual in this role will be critical in maintaining momentum and achieving the ambitious strategic objectives we have set for integrating Siemens' micro-credentials and technologies into academic and vocational ecosystems and commercial experiences worldwide. This role acts as a critical nexus, applying expertise across product development, sales, and marketing to bridge the gap between our innovative solutions and the educational institutions preparing the next generation of the industrial workforce. A successful candidate will be able to leverage product development, sales, and marketing expertise to impact: Stakeholder Engagement • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, educational institutions, industry partners, and government agencies to advise strategic direction and solution development. • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and develop tailored solutions that align their specific goals and objectives, providing circular feedback loops. • Provide guidance and support for the student ambassador program and design challenges. Strategic Program Management • Drive strategic direction and support global sales initiatives. • Collaborate to define and implement strategic programs and initiatives aimed at driving adoption of Siemens software solutions and micro-credentials within educational institutions. • Guide internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery, including marketing, sales, and technical support globally. • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Lead technology-based initiatives with AI and internal systems including Solution Link. • Evaluate and recommend new and emerging technologies or digital solutions for workforce needs, ensuring alignment with program goals and overall business strategy to enhance offerings and impact. • Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the success of pilot programs and gather feedback from partner institutions to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Engineering or related field. • 5+ years of experience in sales, strategy and/or educational marketplaces. Successful background in sales is a must. • Proven experience in driving strategic direction, preferably within the education or technology sector. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to create proposals and advise decision-making. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Proven track record in program management, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Knowledge of the engineering education landscape and familiarity with educational technology, digital thread concepts, and the portfolio of Siemens’ solutions is highly desirable. • Proven experience in navigating and influencing within matrixed organizations, building alignment among diverse internal stakeholders. • Ability to work independently, creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Up to 20% travel globally Join our team and help shape the future of education through digital transformation!
