Director of Auxiliary Programs Sidwell Friends School, a nationally recognized Quaker day school in Washington, DC, seeks a visionary and strategic Director of Auxiliary Programs to lead one of the country's most comprehensive and mission-aligned auxiliary departments. Serving over 1,150 students during the school year and more than 2,600 participants each summer, this is a unique opportunity to oversee a vibrant portfolio that includes summer programs, extended day, enrichment, facility rentals, the Fox Den store and café, and more. The Director will play a central role in strategic planning, innovation, and operational excellence, while preparing the department for future growth amid a campus consolidation. The ideal candidate is an experienced, entrepreneurial leader with a deep understanding of program development, financial sustainability, and community engagement—committed to furthering Sidwell’s values of integrity, inclusion, and lifelong learning.
