The Life Skills Training Center provides dynamic, structured, skill-building opportunities for neurodiverse adults that enrich their lives, promote independence, and support meaningful daily engagement. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly organized Supervisor to join our leadership team. Position Summary: The Supervisor will support the daily operations of the Life Skills Training Center, with a strong focus on staff development and program oversight. This role requires hands-on expertise in staff supervision, program implementation, and program innovation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with neurodiverse adults and a proven track record in program development and management. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Program Without Walls Day Habilitation program Ensure quality, consistency, and safety across all program activities Monitor participant progress and support behavior plans and individualized goals Facilitate interdisciplinary communication and collaboration Supervise, coach, and support a team of DSPs Lead ongoing staff training in best practices for neurodiverse populations Conduct regular performance feedback and evaluations Promote a positive, professional, and mission-aligned team environment Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position is on-site at SJJCC and requires full in-person presence. The role is physically active and includes moving throughout the building and accompanying participants in the community. Responsibilities may involve supporting mobility needs, assisting with hands-on program activities, and participating in community outings.
