Submittal Requirements 3-5 Must Haves (need to be highlighted in sizzle & present on resume) • Strong IT Project/ Program Management experience with Finance Systems • Experience working closely with Finance Teams and Applications, prior hands on Finance experience is a big plus • Must have OneStream experience or ERP experience • Experience working in manufacturing, ideally automotive is strongly preferred Job Description IT Program Manager – Finance Systems & Transformation Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on finance systems modernization and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, finance transformation programs. This role requires exceptional leadership, program management skills, and the ability to partner with finance and technology stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide solutions. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Experience: • 8+ years of IT program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in finance systems and transformation initiatives. • Proven experience implementing and managing OneStream solutions. • Strong understanding of financial processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation). • Skills: • Expertise in program governance, budgeting, and resource management. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Familiarity with ERP systems and integration with financial platforms. Preferred Qualifications • PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification. • Experience in large-scale finance transformation programs within global organizations. • Knowledge of cloud-based financial solutions and emerging technologies.
