This is your chance to shape the future of operational excellence and make a lasting impact across our organization The Reliability Manager will drive operational excellence and ensure asset reliability by leading proactive maintenance strategies, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Impact in This Role As a Manager Reliability, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Develop, implement and comprehensive reliability excellence/maintenance programs.to ensure high reliability and performance of equipment and facilities • Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life. • Ensure applied reliability centered maintenance to identify and mitigate potential failures modes. • Promote and maintain a safe, healthy work environment while leading the execution of the reliability excellence and maintenance program. • Collaborate with Maintenance Planners/Supervisors to implement Lean tools and prioritize asset criticality using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approaches. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability, repair trends, and maintenance effectiveness. • Lead continuous improvement efforts using tools like PM Optimization, RCA, RCFA, and FMEA, while maintaining technical competency in predictive maintenance. What You Bring To The Table • Proved previous experience in mechanics or electronics. • 5 – 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and more specific with engineering/industrial maintenance experience, with a proven track record of reliability/operational excellence experience. Experience with Glass recycling is a plus. • Experience in Manufacturing industry, glass recycling is a plus. • Team player with the ability to work independently and to self-motivate • Collaborative change enabler related to continuous improvement and operational excellence • Ability to travel across states • Fluency in the local language and written and spoken English and Spanish.
