This is a remote position. Length of Assignment: Temp-to-Hire – If performance and attendance standards are met, a permanent role may be offered. Primary Purpose The Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Associate is responsible for reviewing and processing patient program enrollment forms, performing outreach to collect missing information, and ensuring accuracy of program data. In addition to core duties, this role may support ad-hoc projects and cross-train across the Patient Services environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter patient enrollment forms and supporting documents (e.g., prior authorization forms, mailed/faxed documentation) into the system. Perform outbound calls to healthcare providers or patients to retrieve missing or unclear information. Process information in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy standards. Collaborate with colleagues across Patient Services to resolve issues and support overall program objectives. Assist with additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by management. Assignment Details Start Dates: 9/22 & 9/29 Training Hours: TBD Temp-to-Hire Path: Permanent offers may be extended based on meeting performance and attendance standards. Requirements Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Prior experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or customer service preferred. Experience working in situations requiring problem-solving, decision-making, and effective judgment under time-sensitive conditions. Technical Skills: Professional-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), web-based applications, and data entry. Strong keyboarding and data entry skills. Other Skills: Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Dependability, strong work ethic, and willingness to accept feedback. Special Requirements Data Entry Test: Candidates must complete a data entry test and provide a screenshot of results. Internet Speed Test: Candidates must have a home internet connection of at least 100 Mbps. A screenshot of test results must be submitted. Workspace: Candidates must have a HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a door that can remain closed at all times to ensure confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
